Further to the announcement dated 9 March 2007 in relation to the Rights Issue with Warrants and on behalf of the Board of Directors of Salcon, MIMB Investment Bank Berhad ("MIMB") is pleased to announce that Salcon had on 5 April 2007 entered into an Underwriting Agreement with MIMB for the underwriting of up to 127,227,241 new ordinary shares of RM0.50 each to be issued by Salcon pursuant to the Rights Issue with Warrants at the underwriting commission of 2%.
