The Board of Directors of Salcon Berhad ("Salcon") is pleased to announce that Salcon Engineering Berhad ("SEB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 10 April 2007 signed two (2) Memoranda of Understanding (MoU) with Walikota Padang and Bupati Padang Pariaman to conduct a study and to submit proposals to enhance and develop water infrastructure facilities in Kota Padang and Padang Pariaman respectively, both located in Sumatra Barat Province, Indonesia.
