The Board of Directors of Salcon Berhad ("Salcon") is pleased to announce that Salcon Engineering Berhad (SEB), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Salcon had on 14 April 2007 signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bupati Rokan Hilir for the construction and completion of intake works, water treatment plant, balancing reservoir and raw and treated water trunk mains on a "Built, Operate and Transfer" (BOT) basis in Rokan Hilir, Province of Riau, Indonesia.
