The Board of Directors of SALCON wishes to announce that the Company propose to seek the approval of its shareholders at the forthcoming Fourth Annual General Meeting to be convened at a date, which will be notified later, for the Proposed Amendments to the Articles of Association of the Company ("Proposed Amendments").
A circular setting out the details pertaining to the Proposed Amendments will be despatched to shareholders in due course.
