Further to the announcements dated 28 November 2006 and 27 February 2007, the Board of Directors of Salcon Berhad ("Salcon") wishes to inform that there is no material development pertaining to the Memorandum of Understanding entered between Salcon Engineering Berhad, a wholly owned subsidiary of Salcon and Dong Nai People's Committee of Vietnam.
