The Board of Directors of Salcon Berhad ("Salcon") is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Salcon Engineering Berhad ("SEB") had accepted the Letter of Award dated 18 July 2007 from Jabatan Bekalan Air Negeri Sembilan Darul Khusus in respect of the tender for "Reduction in Non Revenue Water (NRW) Program in Seremban and Nilai of Negeri Sembilan Darul Khusus ("the Project").
The Project awarded is valued at RM43,000,000/-.
The Project shall commence on 26 July 2007 and the date for completion is 25 July 2010.
None of the directors and/or major shareholders of the Company or persons connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the above project.
