Further to the announcement dated 20 July 2007 in relation to the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding ("MoU") between Salcon Engineering Berhad and Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kabupaten Bekasi, the Board of Directors of Salcon Berhad ("Salcon") wishes to inform that none of the Directors and/or major shareholders of Salcon or persons connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the said MoU.
