The Board of Directors of Salcon Berhad ("Salcon") is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Salcon Engineering Berhad ("SEB") had on 30 July 2007 accepted the Letter of Acceptance of Offer from Ladang Rakyat Trengganu Sdn. Bhd. in respect of the tender for Fabricate, Supply, Delivery to Site, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Mechanical and Piping Works for Kilang Sawit Ladang Rakyat Trengganu (45 TPH FFB), Cheneh Baharu, Kemaman, Terengganue ("the Project").
The Project awarded is valued at RM9,875,000/-.
The Project shall be completed by 30 April 2008.
None of the directors and/or major shareholders of the Company or persons connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the above project.
