Further to the announcement of 14 May 2007, the Board of Directors of Salcon Berhad wishes to inform that Salcon Engineering Berhad, a wholly-owned subsidiary, has completed the feasibility study for the construction and completion of intake works, water treatment plant, balancing reservoir and raw and treated water trunk mains on a "Build, Operate and Transfer" (BOT) basis in Rokan Hilir, Province of Riau, Indonesia and is expected to submit the BOT proposal to Bupati Rokan Hilir before end of August 2007.
