Further to the announcement of 14 May 2007, the Board of Directors of Salcon Berhad wishes to inform that Salcon Engineering Berhad, a wholly-owned subsidiary, has submitted proposals to enhance and develop water and wastewater infrastructure facilities in Bien Hoa City and Nhon Trach District, Dong Nai Province, Vietnam to the Dong Nai People's Committee of Vietnam ("DNPC") and is awaiting for the response from the DNPC.
