Salcon Berhad is pleased to announce the incorporation of Salcon Water International Pte Ltd ("SWI") in Singapore on 12 September 2007 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
The issued and paid-up share capital of SWI is S$1.00 comprising 1 ordinary share of S$1.00, and its principal activity is investment holding.
The incorporation of SWI will not have any material effect on the earnings and net assets of the Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2007.
None of the Directors or substantial shareholders of the Company or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the incorporation.
