Further to the announcement of 16 November 2007, the Board of Directors of Salcon Berhad wishes to inform that Salcon Engineering Berhad, a wholly-owned subsidiary, is negotiating with the Bupati Rokan Hilir on the proposal for the construction and completion of intake works, water treatment plant, balancing reservoir and raw and treated water trunk mains on a "Build, Operate and Transfer" (BOT) basis in Rokan Hilir, Province of Riau, Indonesia.
