Salcon Berhad ("Salcon" or "the Company") is pleased to announce the incorporation of Salcon Holdings (Mauritius) Limited ("SHM") in Mauritius on 19 September 2008.
The paid-up share capital of SHM is USD10,000 and its principal activity is investment holding.
SHM is wholly-owned by Salcon Engineering Berhad, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
The incorporation of SHM will not have any material effect on the earnings or net assets of Salcon Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2008.
None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of the Company or persons connected with them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the incorporation of SHM. |
