Further to the announcement of 14 October 2008, the Company wishes to inform that following a change in land allocation for the proposed construction of a new 100 million litres per day (MLD) wastewater treatment plant ("WWTP"), the People's Government of Changle County, Shandong Province, People's Republic of China is currently conducting a feasibility study for a new location for the WWTP.
