Further to the announcement of 24 October 2008, Salcon Berhad ('the Company") wishes to inform that Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Kabupaten Bekasi, Indonesia, has formed a Working Committee to evaluate the concession proposal submitted by Salcon Engineering Berhad ("SEB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. The Committee has also sent a letter to seek clarification on the feasibility study conducted by SEB and SEB will respond accordingly.
