The Board of Directors of Salcon Berhad (“Salcon” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval for the proposed amendments to the Articles of Association of the Company ("Proposed Amendments") at the Seventh Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company to be convened in year 2010. The Proposed Amendments are made for the purpose of allowing for the payment of cash dividends via eDividends as well as to facilitate some administrative issues.
The details of the Proposed Amendments will be incorporated into the Company's 2009 Annual Report and the Notice of the Company's Seventh AGM which will be issued in due course to the shareholders.
