Further to the announcement of 12 February 2010, Salcon Berhad wishes to inform that, further to the detailed technical, financial and feasibility studies for an alternative water supply scheme ("Project") in Rokan Hilir, Province of Riau, Indonesia, Salcon Engineering Berhad, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has decided not to proceed with the Project.
