Description SALCON BERHAD ("SALCON" OR "COMPANY") QUARTERLY DISCLOSURE PURSUANT TO PARAGRAPH 8.23(2)(e) OF THE MAIN MARKET LISTING REQUIREMENTS OF BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD

 

Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(2)(e) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Kencana Kesuma Sdn. Bhd. (“KKSB”) has not provided any loan/advance to any party in relation to money lending activities for the quarter ended 30 September 2021 and no outstanding balances of the same as at 30 Septmeber 2021.

 

As at 30 September 2021, the total borrowings of KKSB stood at RM7,437,427.00 with the following breakdown:-
