On behalf of the Board of Directors of Salcon, MIMB Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that the Company will convene an EGM to be held at Classics Ballroom 2, Level 3, Holiday Villa Hotel & Suites Subang, 9 Jalan SS12/1, 47500 Subang Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan on Friday, 21 January 2011 at 10.30 a.m., for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, passing the relevant resolution pertaining to the Proposed Disposal.
