We refer to the query letter from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) dated 19 January 2011 in relation to our announcement on 14 January 2011 on the above matter. The Board of Directors of Salcon Berhad wish to furnish herewith the following additional information as requested in the aforementioned letter from Bursa Securities:-
1. The total consideration for the Subscription was at par value of RM1,026,000.00.
2. The consideration be satisfied via cash manner and there was no term of any arrangement for payment on a defferred basis involved.

1. The total consideration for the Subscription.
