Pursuant to paragraph 8.23(1)(ii) and Practice Note 11 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to update that the aggregate amount of the financial assistance provided by Kencana Kesuma Sdn Bhd (“KK”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Salcon for the second quarter from 1 April 2022 to 30 June 2022, which is necessary to facilitate the ordinary course of business of the following company within the Salcon Group, are as below:-
