Salcon wishes to announce that Nusantara Megajuta Sdn Bhd ("NMSB or "Landowner"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 24 March 2023 entered into a Joint Venture Agreement ("JVA") with Exsim Kebun Teh Sdn Bhd [formerly known as Exsim Hills (Sabah) Sdn Bhd] [Registration No.: 202101000935 (1401233-A)] (“EKTSB” or “Developer”) to undertake a multiple phased mixed-use development consisting of service apartments and retail units on two (2) pieces of 99 years’ leasehold lands owned by NMSB (“Joint Venture”) upon the terms and conditions stipulated in the JVA.
