The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcement in relation to the Proposed Acquisitions. We refer to the earlier announcement dated 21 April 2025 in relation to the Proposed Acquisitions. The Board wishes to announce that the conditions precedent of the SSAs have been fulfilled as at 30 May 2025, and payments to the Tria Dental and WS Dental Vendors have been made on 30 May 2025. Accordingly, the Proposed Acquisitions have been completed.
