The Board of Directors of Salcon Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to propose a final dividend of 1.50 sen (single tier tax exempt) per ordinary share of RM0.50 each in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2011 for the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Company's Ninth Annual General Meeting.
The proposed entitlement and payment dates for the final dividend shall be determined at a later date and announced accordingly.
