We refer to the Company’s previous announcements made by HLIB on behalf of the Company in relation to the Proposed Disposals. The Board wishes to announce that the Company and BEWG had on 23 February 2015 mutually agreed to an extension of 90 days to 25 May 2015 for the fulfillment of the Conditions-B of the SPA-B.
