Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(23) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Main Market Listing Requirements, the Board of Directors of Salcon wishes to announce that the Company had on 18 March 2015, incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary, Salcon Petroleum Services Sdn Bhd ("SPSSB"), in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 1965. The present authorised share capital of SPSSB is RM400,000.00 divided into 400,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each, of which 2 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each have been issued and fully paid-up. The intended principal activity of SPSSB is provision of petroleum related services. The incorporation of SPSSB will not have any material effect on the earnings or net assets of Salcon Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2015. It will not have any effect on the share capital and substantial shareholders' shareholdings of the Company as well. None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of the Company or persons connected with them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the incorporation of SPSSB.
