Further to the announcement dated 10 August 2015, the Board of Directors of Salcon wishes to furnish the following additional information:- The eventual issued and paid-up share capital of Salcon Petroleum Services Sdn Bhd ("SPSSB") SPSSB’s current issued and paid-up share capital is RM100,000.00. The issued and paid-up share capital of SPSSB may increase from time to time depending on the future working capital requirements of SPSSB. However, as at the date hereof, the Company is unable to envisage the eventual issued and paid-up share capital of SPSSB. This announcement is dated 11 August 2015. |
