The Board of Directors of Salcon Berhad ("Company") is pleased to propose a first and final single tier dividend of 2 sen per ordinary share of RM0.50 each in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2015 for the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Company's Thirteenth Annual General Meeting.
The proposed entitlement and payment dates for the final dividend shall be determined at a later date and announced accordingly. |
