The Board of Directors of Salcon wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek the approval of its shareholders for the following proposals at the forthcoming Thirteenth Annual General Meeting:-
1. Proposed Renewal of Authority for Share Buy-Back; and 2. Proposed Amendments to the Articles of Association of the Company. (hereinafter collectively referred to as "the Proposals")
The Statement in relation to the Proposed Renewal of Authority for Share Buy-Back and 2015 Annual Report setting out the details of the Proposals will be despatched to the shareholders in due course.
