Salcon - Notice Of Book Closure
First and final dividend via share dividend by distribution of treasury shares on the basis of one (1) treasury share for every eighteen (18) existing ordinary shares held in the Company in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2016.
Kindly be advised of the following :
1) The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Dividend” as from: 28 Jun 2017
2) The last date of lodgment : 30 Jun 2017
Remarks: 1. Arising from the migration to the no par value regime under the Companies Act 2016, par value is no longer relevant.
2. The above share dividend is subject to shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Fourteenth Annual General Meeting of Salcon Berhad.
3. Any fractional entitlement arising from the computation of share dividend entitlement will be disregarded. 4. Subject to the approval of Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn Bhd ("Bursa Depository") for the transfer of treasury shares under the Share Buy-Back Account via bulk transfer method of debiting and crediting, the treasury shares to be distributed under the share dividend will be credited into the entitled Depositors' securities accounts maintained with Bursa Depository within 8 market days from the entitlement date.
