Reference is made to the announcements dated 28 February 2017 and 27 April 2017 in relation to the first and final dividend via share dividend by distribution of treasury shares on the basis of one (1) treasury share for every eighteen (18) existing ordinary shares held in Salcon (“Share Dividend”). The Board of Directors of Salcon wishes to announce that the Share Dividend totalling 35,663,238 treasury shares of Salcon has been fully credited into the respective Depositors’ Securities Accounts on 12 July 2017.
