Fractional entitlements to the Warrants arising from the Free Warrants Issue, if any, shall be disregarded and dealt with in such manner as the Board of Directors of Salcon shall in its discretion deem fit or expedient, and in the best interest of Salcon. The Warrants will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") within 2 market days after the application for the quotation of the Warrants is submitted to Bursa Securities. The notices of allotment of the Warrants will be issued and despatched to the entitled shareholders of Salcon for the Free Warrants Issue within 8 market days from the entitlement date of the Bonus Issue.
