Pursuant to Paragraphs 10.08(1) and 10.12 of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Main Market Listing Requirements, the Board of Directors of SALCON wishes to announce that AVSB had on 20 September 2018 entered into two separate sale and purchase agreements (“SPA(s)”) with Dato’ Leong Kok Wah (“Dato Leong”) and Datin Goh Phaik Lynn (“Datin Goh”) (“Purchasers”) for the sale of SOHO under completed project Rés 280 to Dato’ Leong and Datin Goh.
