The Board of Directors of Salcon Berhad ("Company") is pleased to propose a first and final dividend via the distribution of treasury shares on the basis of one (1) treasury share for every twenty-nine (29) existing ordinary shares held in the Company ("Share Dividend") in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2018 for the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Company's Sixteenth Annual General Meeting. The proposed entitlement and payment dates for the Share Dividend shall be determined at a later date and announced accordingly. |
