The Board of Directors of Salcon Berhad ("Company") is pleased to propose a first and final dividend via distribution of treasury shares as share dividends on the basis of one (1) treasury share for every twenty-nine (29) existing ordinary shares held in the Company ("Share Dividends") in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2019 for the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Company's Seventeenth Annual General Meeting.
The proposed entitlement and payment dates for the Share Dividends shall be determined at a later date and announced accordingly. |
