Remarks :
The Notice of Share Buyback by a Company pursuant to Section 127(16) of the Companies Act 2016 dated 30 March 2020 is only lodged with Registrar of Companies when Companies Commission of Malaysia ("CCM")'s office re-opens today, 13 May 2020, because it had been closed since the implementation of Movement Control Order in Malaysia from 18 March 2020. Therefore, making lodgement within 14 days from the purchase of the shares is not possible. The CCM had advised that statutory filings could only be made when CCM re-opens its office.
