On behalf of the Board, Affin Hwang IB wishes to announce that the issue price for the first tranche of the Private Placement comprising 139,000,000 Placement Shares has been fixed on 12 October 2020 at RM0.195 per Placement Share (“Price-Fixing Date”).
The issue price of RM0.195 per Placement Share represents a discount of approximately RM0.0165 or 7.80% to the 5-day volume weighted average market price of Salcon Shares up to 9 October 2020, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-Fixing Date, of RM0.2115 per Salcon Share.
